HSE & Sustainability

This section presents PRIME ROCK's HSE and sustainability approach through safety awareness, visible site rules, inspection culture, and environmental control measures that support cleaner, safer plant and delivery operations.

HSE & Sustainability Management
  • Training all employees according to the HSE training matrix.
  • Conducting regular safety audits.
  • Introducing safety awareness sessions.
  • Implementing HSE policy and following HSE rules and regulations.
  • Driving continual improvement in safety awareness across the plant and workforce.
HSE & Sustainability support and compliance control
  • Site rules, PPE guidance, and visible warnings support disciplined site behavior.
  • First-aid readiness and inspection routines help reduce risk during operations.
  • Daily supervision reinforces plant discipline, access control, and hazard awareness.
  • Management review keeps HSE and sustainability performance active rather than passive.
  • Environmental controls are treated as part of safe operation, not as a separate issue.

Environmental and dust control measures built into plant operation

PRIME ROCK commits to preventing pollution through environmental management procedures and plant-specific control measures. The company identifies products, services, and functions that may adversely affect the environment and takes steps to reduce emissions that could degrade air quality.

Waste and water management

Returned product is stabilized and resold where possible. Water used for cleaning transit mixers and central mixers is processed and reused for pavement sprinkling to reduce fugitive dust.

Recycling infrastructure

The plant uses an underground piping system to handle recycled water from the final settling pond and support cleaner circulation practices.

Dust suppression at source

Aggregate stockpiles are controlled with sprinklers, materials are stored on paved covered areas, and cement or fly ash silos use dust collectors and sealed delivery hoses.

Inspection and containment

Daily inspections by plant personnel, enclosed batching and truck loading locations, and sealed admixture transfer hoses reduce airborne dust and spill risk.
